Dr. Jeri Parris Perkins- Pastor Email: fppastor@bellsouth.net Greetings in Christ! I am Dr. Jeri Parris Perkins and I have had the privilege of serving as pastor and head of staff at First Presbyterian Church of Hartsville since May of 2001. I grew up in the Presbyterian Church and have been responding in various ways to a call to ministry that came to me when I was 10 years old. I was educated at Presbyterian College, Columbia Theological Seminary, and McCormick Theological Seminary. I have studied abroad at the University of Glasgow, in Scotland and at the United Theological College of the West Indies, in Kingston, Jamaica. I continue to be educated day by day by the tremendous members of this congregation and by my teenage daughter, Catherine.
	Lisa Culpepper – Parish Associate  Email : lisabculpepper@gmail.com  Lisa Culpepper grew up in Florence, SC and attended Furman University earning a BS degree in Biology.  She lives in Florence, SC with her husband Dr. David M. Culpepper who is an Internist with Carolinas Hospital.  Lisa worked as an Echocardiography Technologist until she and David started their family of two children.  Lauren, who is now 23, lives in Washington, DC and Daniel, who is 20, lives in Houston, Texas.  While serving her growing family, Lisa volunteered in the Florence community and at her home church, First Presbyterian in Florence.   She graduated from Gordon- Conwell Seminary in Charlotte N. C. in 2007 and, upon ordination, served as pastor of Marion Presbyterian Church.  Presently, she serves First Presbyterian Church in Hartsville, SC as Parish Associate and supplies pulpits in New Harmony Presbytery, as called upon.  When there is time to spare, Lisa enjoys painting, cycling and reading.
	Kelly Boone Sloan- Director or Christian Education Email:fpdce@bellsouth.net Kelly rejoined the church staff on July 1, 2009, after being gone from FPC for about five years.  During her time away, Kelly has attained a Masters of Christian Education from Union Theological Seminary & Presbyterian School of Christian Education.  She served as the Director of Christian Education at Bethesda Presbyterian Church in Camden, SC and as Director of Children’s Ministry at First Presbyterian Church in Florence, SC.  In addition, she was married in May, 2009.  Her family consists of husband, Bob, daughter, Amanda, their three dogs Samantha, Heidi and Toby Keith and their cat, Thomasina.  Kelly is most thankful to be back home at First Presbyterian Church and looks forward to serving God with you.
	Lou Gardner- Financial Secretary Email: fpfinance@bellsouth.net Lou joined the church staff in February, 2006.  A graduate of Coker College with a B.S. degree in Business Education, she received her master's degree from Clemson University.  Lou is a retired high school business and English teacher.  She has served as Treasurer of Hartsville Interfaith Ministries and a board member and volunteer at HIM.  Her family includes a son, Rob, and his wife Valerie, and granddaughters Sydney and Alex.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing bridge, traveling with her family, and relaxing at the beach.  "The church job has been rewarding, but challenging and frustrating at times.   I enjoy working with the members of the church and have found everyone to be very helpful and patient as I attempt to learn this new job."
	Anna Hill- Director of Music Email: fpmusic@bellsouth.net Anna has been actively involved in church music for over thirty years.  A graduate of Queens College, she has pursued graduate studies at East Carolina University and University of South Carolina and holds certification in Orff Music.  In addition to her responsibilities at church, she serves as Director of the Hartsville Chamber Ensemble. She directs the the Chancel Ringers, Celebration Ringers, Chancel Choir, Senior High Bell Choir, Youth Choir, and Choristers. She and her husband, Trent, have three children, Becky , Scottie and Bo who reside in New York City In her "free" time Anna enjoys reading, walking, Scrabble, movies  and spending time with her dog, Allie.
	Ronda Wilkes McElveen- Organist Email: fpmusic@bellsouth.net Ronda received her Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education from Columbia College in Columbia, SC where she was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership society and Kappa Delta Epsilon, a national education society. She served as accompanist for the college's preparatory voice students and as pianist and organist at Calvary Baptist Church in Columbia and Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hartsville. Ronda has served as organist at First Presbyterian Church since 1991. She is also the director of the Cherubs, a preschool choir for ages 3-5. She has served as Director of the Choristers and Genesis Ringers. Ronda has taught music education in both public and private schools and maintains a private piano studio. She is also the accompanist for the Darlington County All County Choir, Chairman of the Hartsville Piano Teacher's Association, Chairman of the Hartsville Chapter of the National Guild of Piano Teachers- a teaching division of the American College of Musicians, and member of the Hartsville Music Study Club. Ronda is married to Greg McElveen and they have one daughter, Madeline.
	Annisa Sheffield- Administrative Assistant Email: fpcharts@bellsouth.net  Annisa has served as Administrative Assistant since 2007.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Coker College and her Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Middle Georgia College.  Having worked in customer service for over twenty years, she enjoys working at the church which allows her to continue meeting new people, helping others and running the “engine” of the church office with the dedicated and truly appreciated office volunteers.  One of her favorite opportunities here at the church is to sit alongside our First Presbyterian Kindergarten children during chapel on Wednesday mornings.  You may often catch Annisa on the big narthex rug, between the two and three year old classes, participating and singing just as loudly as they do!  Annisa has been married to her husband, Mark, for seventeen years and they have two children, Matthew (age 14) and Mikey (age 7).  In her spare time, she enjoys being the University of Georgia Bulldogs’ number one fan, playing with her furry kids aka Sam, Dolly, Sophie (dogs) and Tiki (cat) and spending time with her family.
	Ann Bailey- Food Services Coordinator Ann had been serving great meals for Wednesday evening dinners and special occasions for two years now, and she loves what she does. She is originally from Bishopville, but Hartsville has been her home for the last 32 years. Her family includes her husband, two daughters, and one granddaughter.   Ann loves cooking and going to her church, Mt Calvin Missionary Baptist. She volunteers there assisting the elderly with dinners.
	Ernest McDonald- Grounds Keeper Ernest has been at our church for 12 years, and loves working outdoors. He particularly likes working with the plants. When not at the church, Ernest spends a lot of time with his 7 children and 17 grandchildren.
